Is there a means of backing up my server?

Yes, we offer backup services as an option. Also, you can always make your own backups using other means (FTP, rsync, etc.).

My server is not responding. What can I do?

We offer remote rebooting as an optional service using a MasterSwitch that allows you to power cycle your server remotely. You can also install a remote access card in your server that will allow you to have console-level access to your server (including pre-boot BIOS management, temperature diagnostics, remote reset, adn so on.).

Do you support bulk hosting?

Bulk hosting of Internet sites for resale purposes is not generally allowed on this type of service. Pleasecontact us for additional details or for a possible exemption.
